LINEAR GUIDE UNITSThis quite large group of components is produced and offered in many variants. The simpler ones are named according to their shape either "H" or "U". Based on the load level, sizes and robustness of considered cylinders a size and a type of suitable linear guide is chosen together with a bearing type to withstand the required loads.
Other models are the modular guide units, which can be engineered according to the customer specifications to suit
his space and performance requirements.Linear guide units Type 37*B can be upgraded by shock absorbers, air flow controllers and position sensing switches. Versions of these units are made in order to be used with ISO 6432 cylinders and the applied load can vary from 0,5 to 16 kg.
The more robust linear guides Type 306 and 307 are capable to carry loads of tens of kilograms and also can be supplemented with hydraulic shock absorbers.
The ideal way of how to secure ergonomics and functionality of engineered mechanical device is to use compact guided cylinders Type 31.
PNEUMATIC HANDLING
Individual types of this modular system are possible to combine and join together what allows us to engineer manipulators,
which are able to carry out both linear and rotary paths. By addition of grippers we obtain almost complete
hardware base of a robotic system.
ELECTRIC AXISWhen it is required there is the possibility to substitute the air cylinders by electro motors. Our offer of linear axis is suitable to co-operate primary with Linmot® linear motors.
ACCESSORIESThe ancillaries are represented by spare parts, stands for linear axis, cable carriers, position sensors, shock absorbers, thrust screws, blocking fittings and assembly interfaces.
